Yin Yin Kyi has the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com (CPA)) from the University Of Yangon. She joined Wa Minn as Chief Account in 2009. Prior to joining the Wa Minn, she worked as senior Accountant in Audit Firm and Trading companies. She has many year experiences in accounting and auditing areas as well as management. In early 2012, she was promoted to Director as in-charge of enamel, steel production, and Kubota Johkasou waste water service. After she had shown that she worked assiduously in her workplace, BOD had decided her to promote as Managing Director for the enamel and steel production department. In early 2017, Yin Yin Kyi became the Managing Director of WM Water and WM Manufacturing Companies. Her main responsibilities are controlling budget; directing all activities including managing employees; and ensuring all business goals and objectives of manufacturing enamel and steel, and waste water services are reached.

She has the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from University Yangon in 1980. Simultaneously, she joined the Ministry of Industry for Enamel Factory. In early 1982, she was promoted to Quality Control Engineer and she became Planning Engineer in 1994. She was dedicated to her job responsibilities; consequently, Tin San was promoted as Assistant Factory Manager in 1999. And then, she became Factory Manager in 2006. After her retirement from Ministry of Industry (1) in 2011, she joined Wa Minn Group of Companies as Manager for CMP factory. She was then promoted as Sale and Marketing Director in 2013. Now, she holds the position of Director of Administration Department. Her main responsibilities are ensuring policies are in place that the administrative functions of the business run smoothly as well as responsible for all of the administrative aspects of the company.
Ye Myo Tun
Ye Myo Htun had joined to Wa Minn as the Manager cum Vice Chairman’s Personal Assistant since in early 2010. He was assigned to Shwe Taw Gold Mining Project as General Manager in the mid of 2012. His extraordinary managing skill supported him a chance to become In-Charge of Head Office Department in the late of 2012. His expertise in situations analysis and bringing solutions to the BOD, Ye Myo Tun was promoted to Operation Director, concurrently, he worked as Manager of Shan United FC. Since in early 2017, he has been holding the ranks of Director, Corporate Governance of Wa Minn as well as the Operation Director of Shan United Football club. As a director of Corporate Governance, Ye Myo Htun is mainly responsible for externally directing, controlling and evaluating a corporation.
