May Thu Kyaw has a Bachelor Degree of Business Management from University of Distance Education. She started her career as Office Staff in 2003. Within short time frame, her impressive performance was evidence of her promotion to I.S.O Internal Audit Leader in 2004. She was then promoted to Secretary Chairman’s office in 2008. She was continuously improved and developed herself by learning aspects of Administration and Human Resources. Consequently, May Thu was promoted to Senior Executive Administrator in 2014. Wa Minn offered her as Deputy General Manager of HR department in 2015. Within the short period, in 2016, she was promoted to General Manager of HR department. She work honorably and proudly for her position, and therefore, she was granted to Head of Office of Administration Department in early 2017. May Thu oversees and directs the administrative services of Wa Minn and ensures the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed.

Yu Mon has the Master Degree of Computer Science (thesis) from the University of Yangon in 2007. She also received the Diploma of Accounting from UK in 2009. After her education, she joined the Wa Minn in 2011 as a Junior Accountant. Because of her accounting and budget controlling skills as well as fast learning skill, she was promoted to Accountant in 2012. In 2013, she became senior Accountant. Wa Minn recognized that she is dedicated at her work, consequently, she was granted to Finance Manager in 2015. She was impressive at her job, and therefore, she was promoted to Financial Controller of Wa Minn in 2016. And now, Yu Mon holds the positions of Financial Controller of Wa Minn and Commercial Director of RDS Co., Ltd. As a Financial Controller, she is mainly responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented, and as a Commercial Director, she is mainly responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

Prior to joining Wa Minn, Aye Aye Maung has many experiences in Administration and Marketing areas in Telecom and International Trading Companies. In 2013, she joined Wa Minn as Senior Manager for Sales and Marketing of Kubota Johkasou. After proving her enthusiasm and dedication at her work, she was promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2014. Consequently, she was then granted to Director in 2016 for Sales and Marketing and onward. She is mainly responsible for selling Kubota Johkasou products by implementing annual sales plans and supervising regional sales managers as well as oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

Yin Yin Kyi has the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com (CPA)) from the University Of Yangon. She joined Wa Minn as Chief Account in 2009. Prior to joining the Wa Minn, she worked as senior Accountant in Audit Firm and Trading companies. She has many year experiences in accounting and auditing areas as well as management. In early 2012, she was promoted to Director as in-charge of enamel, steel production, and Kubota Johkasou waste water service. After she had shown that she worked assiduously in her workplace, BOD had decided her to promote as Managing Director for the enamel and steel production department. In early 2017, Yin Yin Kyi became the Managing Director of WM Water and WM Manufacturing Companies. Her main responsibilities are controlling budget; directing all activities including managing employees; and ensuring all business goals and objectives of manufacturing enamel and steel, and waste water services are reached.

She has the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from University Yangon in 1980. Simultaneously, she joined the Ministry of Industry for Enamel Factory. In early 1982, she was promoted to Quality Control Engineer and she became Planning Engineer in 1994. She was dedicated to her job responsibilities; consequently, Tin San was promoted as Assistant Factory Manager in 1999. And then, she became Factory Manager in 2006. After her retirement from Ministry of Industry (1) in 2011, she joined Wa Minn Group of Companies as Manager for CMP factory. She was then promoted as Sale and Marketing Director in 2013. Now, she holds the position of Director of Administration Department. Her main responsibilities are ensuring policies are in place that the administrative functions of the business run smoothly as well as responsible for all of the administrative aspects of the company.

Ye Myo Htun had joined to Wa Minn as the Manager cum Vice Chairman’s Personal Assistant since in early 2010. He was assigned to Shwe Taw Gold Mining Project as General Manager in the mid of 2012. His extraordinary managing skill supported him a chance to become In-Charge of Head Office Department in the late of 2012. His expertise in situations analysis and bringing solutions to the BOD, Ye Myo Tun was promoted to Operation Director, concurrently, he worked as Manager of Shan United FC. Since in early 2017, he has been holding the ranks of Director, Corporate Governance of Wa Minn as well as the Operation Director of Shan United Football club. As a director of Corporate Governance, Ye Myo Htun is mainly responsible for externally directing, controlling and evaluating a corporation.
